CECiLiA JOGGiNG!!!

 Dear Pink & Fluffi Peoples...

My Apologies for the lack of postings, I've been ill over the past couple of weeks. 

This outfit was a follow-up piece to *Prissy Cecilia* which was drawn as an autumn look... This design however was drawn as a Prissy Spring-Time Exercise Outfit for those morning jogs around the park. ;-p

 

Obviously as a Prissy Missy 'Jogging' is out of the Question, as Prissy Submissives shouldn't sweat, it's very gross and a manly characteristic... So the Boot chains mean the fastest speed the Prissy is able to achieve, is a semi-fast teeter. ^_^

The Heels have Flashing Lights and the transparent Skirt also has little lights on the interior, so whether Prissy Cecilia is running day or night, the Sissy's Panties & Pee-pee are always illuminated!

As for the C**k hanging in-front of Prissy Cecilia's gaze, whether the Prissy is dumb & c**k-crazed or not, with it dangling in front of its view, it will look Dumb & C**k-Crazed to onlookers! ;)

Lastly a Tail 'Butt-plug' with Dangling Bells to draw the attention of onlookers and also with the weight of the bells keeps the Prissy having to clench its bum tight to keep its tail firmly in place!
